Back home getting ready for my stamp clubs

It was a quick trip up and back from Oak Harbor.  I hit some traffic going up and more coming home but all in all it was a very pleasant two days.  I shopped for my daughter's birthday and then celebrated with she and her husband on Halloween night.  Then it was two hours up, six hours spent with some great people with lots of fun and laughter and then a four hour drive back home.  Since many of the ladies who traveled to attend the workshop from the Longview area, they were happy to book a couple of workshops during Saleabration down in my neck of the woods.  It was good to visit with such great friends and I got to see how much several offspring had grown.  Here is a picture of the group in full stamping mode.

I have one more Simply Stampin' card to share and then I will start sharing the swap cards from my Aerubbecisor group and the cards that I am using for my workshops this month.  This card was a very simple card that Dawn Olchefske shared on her blog.  I loved the use of the Lullaby Designer Series Paper for the background.  This would be great to use up odds and ends of any DSP.  The stamp is perfect for most of my friends who would prefer to forget which birthday it is.

I think this card will be one that I will be making a bunch of to have for all of the people in my birthday book.  It sure is getting dark out and it is only 4:30 in the afternoon.  November is such a hard month to get through with the days getting darker and colder plus our wonderful rain.  I predict lots of stamping in my craft room in the next month.  My hubby put full spectrum florescent bulbs in both my craft room and my sewing room to help me forget about the outside.  Have a great start to your week.  I have two of my stamp clubs in the next two days, but I will get some pics posted of my fun clubs and the projects they make.
Hugs, Sherron
