More projects from Tuesday classes

I have five more projects to share from my Tuesday gatherings.  Here are the two remaining ones that I got from two of the demonstrators who share some of their creations.

This card was shared by Julie Davison as part of her stamp set of the month.  It uses the Watercolor Wings in the big annual catalog.  I've done this fun little pop up many times and just love the surprise when you open it.

This card is a tunnel card by Dawn Olchefske and features the Sheltering Tree.  This is a fun fold card that has been around for at least the last twenty years and is such a cool card that wows people every time they open one.

The other three cards were shared by my wonderful downline.
Michelle brought this very fun card for us to make.  It used the envelope board on the very smallest size and the bow punch.  The green in the background is Cherry on Top Designer Washi Tape while the paper for the bow is the Cherry on Top Designer Series Paper Stack.  It is just too cute.
Verna brought this great Sheltering Tree window card.  I love the colors.  The swosh in the set is used for the grass and the cloud.
Shanon brought this pretty easel card for us all to make.   It used the Something to Say stamp set and the Pretty Bohemian Designer Series Paper.

I have the most wonderful group of stampers and downline demonstrators.  We have the greatest time together.  Today was my annual Sneak Peek Holiday catalog class. We had so much fun getting ready for the holidays.  I know it is almost four months until Christmas, but the weather turned from blistery hot to cool and rainy overnight, making this class a little more realistic.  I will post the eight projects that I created or cased for this class this coming week.  Stay tuned.  Hugs, Sherron

Summers over!

This summer has just flown by.  We are expecting a big fall storm tonight bringing some much needed rain.  I think it's
time to get back into stamping.  After spending ten days going to Lake Tahoe and Squaw Valley by way of Crater Lake and Lassen Volcanic National Park, it was good to come home and do a couple of classes this week.  Our trip was fun and relaxing but a little too long.  We did have a great time doing some hiking, biking and visiting with some of our oldest and dearest friends.  The weather was perfect, although the Lake Tahoe area is obviously suffering through California's drought.

Tuesday was my monthly Simply Stampin' Lunch Bunch along with my downline Aerubbecisor group dinner.  I provided the five projects for both groups and five of my downline brought some great projects too.  I promised to post pics of them all so here are three of my projects and two of the great cards that my downline did.

This was my favorite card of the five that I cased from our wonderful demonstrators who are so good to share their creations.  It uses one of our most popular new sets, Awesomely Artistic.
This card featured the cool embossed Color Me Irresistible specialty designer paper in cucumber crush and watermelon wonder along with the fun words in the Cottage Greeting set.
This was my featured hostess set  for August.  Is is called A Whole Lot of Lovely and also used the Color Me Irresistible delightful dijon paper.

Wendy Droke shared this delightful creation.  It is called a Tea Tot-em.  It holds four tea bags or two small packets of M & Ms or Skittles.  She found the pattern on Pinterest.
Finally this gorgeous card was shared by Darlene Almer who also found it on Pinterest.  It uses the new Jingle All The Way set and edgelits from the Holiday mini.  We sponged Tempting Turquoise, Night of Navy, and BlackBerry Bliss ink over the whole surface and then flicked some droplets of water on the surface. After it dried the result was beautiful.

Tomorrow is my annual sneak peek class for the new Holiday mini.  I'll have the eight cards to share as well as the remaining five cards from Tuesday.  Stay tuned.  Hugs, Sherron

Busy, busy week

What a crazy week!  The Terry Taylor garage sale was nonstop people until about 3PM when the heat got too much for most.  Meg, Lila and I did really well.  We sold lots of retired stamps and accessories plus a bunch of odds and ends.

Sunday was my granddaughter, Meaghan's bridal shower.  It was a long trip up to Tacoma, but such a fun time.

Monday and Tuesday were my first week of the month Stamp Clubs and then today, I had one of my monthly papercrafting days. My friend Meg joined me and we spent the afternoon working on Paper Pumpkins.  I got my July done and finished the one from May.  I have enough get well cards for all of cold and flu season.  Then I finished up the bags and cards from May's kit. Aren't they cool?

In the middle of all of our crafting, my pre-order from the new Holiday mini arrived on my doorstep and I hardly could contain my excitement.   I can't wait to get started on creating my projects for the Holiday Sneak Peek class the end of August.

Finally here is another of the fun projects from last weeks Simply Stampin' Lunch Bunch.  This is my favorite of the five projects.

Tomorrow is the second Hostess Appreciation Luncheon so there will be more fun photos to come. Hugs. Sherron
