The last two weeks have flown by as I did five workshops, a big Ladies Day Out bazaar, Stampaholics Anonymous and a 330 mile trip up north of Seattle where I used to live for a downline dinner gathering to discuss the changes to Stampin' Up! Blogging is not the highlight of my day so it has taken the hits as I tried to keep up with everything. I have never been a fan of computers. I much prefer to be stamping and teaching classes than sitting in front of a computer, but I'm going to try and continue to keep up at least several times a month or more if I have lots to share.
Here are some more of the swaps that my wonderful downline demonstrators did for our monthly Aerubbecisor swap. February theme was ribbon.
Bobbi Hartsell did a beautiful card using the Irresistibly Yours Salebration Paper combined with the Butterflies Thinlits Die. She sponged the paper with Crushed Curry ink to pop the embossed flowers on the paper and used the Spring Flowers Embossing Folder on the white cardstock. Her ribbon to finish the card is the Crushed Curry Chevron Ribbon. It is a stunning card.
Karen Ross used the fantastic new Crazy about You stamp Set with the matching Flower Medallion Punch. This is one of the most popular stamp sets in the current Occasions Mini. Her ribbon of choice to accent her card is the Marina Mist 1/4" cotton ribbon. It just makes you ready for spring.
Verna Almer-Tidd chose the very popular Papillion Potpourri for her pretty butterfly card. The matching punches make this card so easy to make. She also chose the Chevron Ribbon in Cherry Cobbler for her accent ribbon and a Teeny Tiny Wishes "just for you" to complete her sweet card.
I'll have three more cards to share for this swap plus lots of other cards from recent classes. Our theme this month is just "spring" so you will get to see some fantastic artwork from my talented downline. If you would like to join our swap group, just sign up to become a demonstrator for $99 and let the fun begin. Hugs, Sherron
