Patriotic Paper Pumpkin

After finally getting some of my recent Paper Pumpkins done I decided to look back at some of the past years that I never tackled.  Last year's June PP was a very cute batch of patriotic pinwheels that I just couldn't get excited about so I made one little card and never did anything more.  Now that I've started checking each month out on Pinterest, I have been amazed at all of the ideas.  When I saw this awesome wreath I knew I had to make it. It went together so fast that I had it completed in less than an hour and had a bouquet of pinwheels left over to decorate one of my coffee tables.  What do you think?

Tomorrow is my busiest day of the month with my Simply Stampin' Lunch Bunch at 11 AM and my downline Aerubbecisor dinner gathering in the evening.  Both groups get to make the same five projects and I will have those to share with you as well as any shoebox swaps that others may bring.  I've been cooking all afternoon.  Since it is in the 90s right now I am forgoing the soup and doing a big Antipasto pasta salad instead.  It is a new recipe that I googled and it has some pretty good ingredients.  I also made my favorite orange mandarin banana jello salad plus I'm doing a Chinese chicken salad to round out the main dishes.  I just baked an angel food cake from scratch and I will use it in a strawberry trifle for dessert.  With a loaf of bread nobody will go hungry. I do treat my gals pretty well.  I'll have lots of pictures to share tomorrow.  I think the attendance may be a little light as I know lots of my customers and downline are on vacation.   Check back tomorrow and see how it goes.  Hugs, Sherron
