Leadership downline gift and card candy swap

My friend and downline demonstrator, Carol Sanderson is my roommate and buddy for this year's Leadership conference.  This is going to be the last Leadership conference as Stampin' Up! is changing the whole way we are treated as demonstrators.  They have been going into many other countries and as they have gone global, they want to treat everyone the same.  It has been hard as the announcement have come over the past two months.  All of us US demontrators are losing the titles that we worked so hard to earn and everyone will be called a precious metal.  Instead of being a director, I will be a "gold" starting in October of 2015.  With no leaders, there won't be anymore leadership conferences so this is kind of a bittersweet experience as we meet for the last time.  I am sure that the company will have something else in mind for us.  What it remains to be seen. 

This is the first year that I have only had two demonstrators in my group to join me.  Last year, I didn't attend leadership as it was in early January in Houston and I had just returned from Houston from my 50th anniversary cruise.  I was facing a hip replacement in February and just couldn't fit everything in.  I was really happy to be able to attend this last one. 

I always bring a few little gifts for my downline so here is one of the simple little gifts that Carol and Christine are receiving from me.

 These are the little treat bags that I shared in the past several weeks that were my extra credit projects for January's stamp clubs.  I put a little card inside with a bag of Valentine candy to snack on during Leadership.

 I joined a Card Candy swap for Leadership.  I made 20 of these little 2" cards to swap.  I will be sharing the 20 that I get in return when I get back.  I used the Bokeh technique to make these with the Butterfly Basics stamp set.  This is the same technique for the Simply Stampin' Lunch Bunch card that I shared earlier this week.

I will be sharing the Aerubbecisor Embossing Folder swaps this week so here are the first two.  Everyone did a great job on their swaps.
