August Thank You Notes

My August thank you notes and cards are designed and ready to go with my orders to be delivered, my August hostesses and others who help me out during the month.  This month, I had fun playing with the new photopolymer border sets which make wonderful borders so easily.  No need for a Stampamajig with these great stamps.  They line up perfectly when you overlay them as you can see everything through the blocks.  I used Stampin' Up!s Bordering Blooms set and the hostess set, Let Your Hair Down for this month's cards.  The design was inspired by the sunflowers in bloom in my garden.  Love the simplicity of the design and how quick they came together.  One of my big goals this year is to use as much of my hoard of retired products as I can so the two ribbons in Daffodil Delight are ones from my retired stockpile.  I love the little 3" x 3" notes as they are so quick to do.  Maybe you will be the recipient of one of my cards this month.
